Our story

LightMeUp was created in 2025 by an Agile Coach Sergiy Nemcsenko with one goal in mind: create a community of people who, through 15-minute conversations, can help each other move forward.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people who were smart, experienced, and deeply committed to their work — yet still felt stuck. Not because they lacked knowledge, but because they were carrying their questions alone. Again and again, I saw how simply talking things through with the right person changed the way they thought, the way they felt, and the decisions they made next.
