Account Deletion – LightMeUp

This page explains how users of LightMeUp can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their account by:

Option 1 – Inside the App:

– Open the app
– Go to Settings
– Tap “Delete Account”
– Confirm

Option 2 – Email Request:

Send an email to developers@nemcsenko.net from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
– Name
– Email address
– Profile details
– User activity

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes for up to 30 days. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
